Praline and Nougatine in pieces

We mix roasted dry fruits (hazelnuts, almonds) with caramel. Then, we crush it and sieve it in order to get the good range of pieces sizes as defined in the specification.

Nougatine in powder

The process is similar than nougatine  in pieces (cf. above) but crushed thinner. This powder is used as a natural flavor for dairy products. The range sizes is between 0,1mm and 3mm.

     
 

Praline powder "Pralipoudre"

"Pralipoudre" is composed of roasted dry fruits and caramel.
It is a unique product of HLR. It is mainly used to give a typical natural flavoring of praline to the dairy desserts.
The process uses partly de-fated dry fruits that we previously removed the natural oil in order to give to the powder the capacity to be totally soluble.
The powder is 315 μm diameter small.

Praline filling paste, "Pralipâte"

Our paste of praline is composed of roasted dry fruits and caramel.
There is no additive and develop a unique natural flavor of roasted dry fruits. . The recipe of the praline (more or less caramel and dry fruits) follows your requirements. We can also give them a perfectly creamy taste or a smooth crunchy feeling.
